Can I See Event Rental Depot Products in Person?

Yes! We encourage our customers to come view our products at our facility in Dade City, FL. This gives our customers the chance to see the true quality of the products we offer. Please contact us by phone to schedule an appointment to view our product.

What if an Item I Want is Not In-Stock?

Certain products in our store are offered on a pre-order basis. These items can still be ordered with a deposit (varies) to hold the item for you until it is ready for shipping/pick up, at that point the remaining balance would be due.

Are Pre-Order Deposits Refundable?

Deposits placed on an order are not refundable. In some cases, a deposit can be transferred to a new order. We prefer to handle these situations on a case by case basis.

What is the Warranty on Your Products?
